For context:
Some time ago you mentioned that the business model that you & others like you have made a living through, is in the process of dying and that something wonderful will come to take its place.
Given this piece you’ve just written, and the chaos that seems to envelop the social media landscape, have you given any consideration as to what that “something wonderful” might look like?
For clarity, I’m not asking this from a nihilistic perspective, but making an attempt to illustrate my idea that social media in general doesn’t seem to have a clear direction it’s heading toward, if that makes sense.
Great question, and I am not sure of the answer. But my faith in the next generation is strong. Somehow, they will find a way through the madness and develop a way to reach the masses with important weather information that can be monetized.
